- When we came to Villa Rica Thanksgiving weekend 2005 to
look for our new home, we never dreamed we would find one so quickly.
When we drove through the Bay Springs subdivision, we saw a lot of
RE/MAX signs, with a picture of "JC" on them. We really didn't think he
would be able to meet with us, especially on Thanksgiving weekend, but
we tried anyway. It was around lunch time, so we went to get something
to eat and called him. Not only did he say he would show us around, he
met with us 45 minutes later. We went back to Bay Springs that day and
found the home of our dreams, but it was a little out of our price
range, so we kept looking. Over the next few days, JC took us to see
about 30 different houses. He spent his Thanksgiving weekend with us,
complete strangers, to make sure we saw as many houses we needed to
before returning to Orlando, FL. In the end, we decided that the home
in Bay Springs was exactly what we were looking for, and JC went to
great lengths to make sure we got it at a price we were comfortable
with, and so much more! We moved into our new home on January 1, 2006,
and JC was by our side every step of the way. He's very professional,
kind and considerate. The Lord truly blessed us that Thanksgiving!

We had our house in Buchanan on the market for approximately 10 months with an Atlanta metro realtor. It was not moving. No one was even looking at the house. I was looking online one day for a realtor who actually worked in the area. I found JC's website and was impressed with what I read about him. It seemed that he was the person we were looking for to move this house. Living in Alabama, we needed someone that we could rely on in Georgia. JC listed the house and had it sold in a few weeks.
