Hello, my name is John “JC” Carollo. I currently reside in the area with my wife, Cathy and son, Carter. We relocated from South Florida in an effort to escape the many demands and distractions of a large metropolitan area. After eight years, we are convinced that West Georgia is among the best places in the country to live, work and raise a child.

I graduated with an A.A. degree in Business Administration and a B.S. degree in Political Science from Miami’s Florida International University. I have been involved in Real Estate in one form or another for the past 18 years. I was first licensed in North Carolina and then Florida.

I am a Georgia licensee and am proud to be a part of the growing team at Chapman Hall, REALTORS. Chapman Hall's new and innovative real estate business model has catapulted its ranks making it the 4th largest independent real estate company in Atlanta. In addition to my home office, I have access to many Chapman Hall locations throughout the Metro Atlanta area. As a result, I have many professional tools readily available and at my disposal all over town.

As a Georgia Realtor, I am proud of my accomplishments. In 2005, my first year, I was recognized by the West Metro Board of Realtors as a “Top Producer” with sales exceeding $4.5 Million. In 2006, my sales almost doubled at $8.7 Million. – Figures not typical of new agents. And, in 2007, a year during which the market was way down we managed to generate sales in the amount of $6.8 Million. While the market continues on its downward trend in 2008 and 2009 I continue to maintain a steady stream of sales. I ANTICIPATE A PROMISING 2010.
